Dr. Choi opened the conference with an excellent keynote address of current cybercrime trends along with introduction of the BU Cybercrime Investigation and Cybersecurity Programs.
The attendees of Dr. Choi's address were the national police generals of the various countries in Central and South America.
There was a great interest in Dr. Choi's overview of cybercrime, and his main theme was incorporated into many of the subsequent addresses from the police generals throughout the conference period.
Dr. Choi had an opportunity to attend a meeting with the President of Chile and the President of Interpol, and many of police generals in attendance.
